I get this call several times a week.

And I don't owe anybody.

No message. Number is hence blocked to the sound of flatulence.

This is a collection agency which clearly violate the credit reporting act by usinng harrasing methods to collect debt and information.

I recieved two calls from this number this a.m.  The first time, they just hung up.  The second, a man on the line rattled off a name and wanted to verify my SSN.  I asked who it was, and he said the same name that I couldn't understand, then I asked who are you with, and he said "TCR".  It was a New Jersey number per my phone.  I called back and a recording said the call would be recorded, then nothing for over two minutes, so I hung up.  I had asked what he wanted, and he said again a whole SSN and address, interrupting me, and over talking me.  I told him I'm not verifying anything til he says who he's with.  He said if I want help, then I have to verify the info.  I said help with what.  He again repeated the info, and then said he needs me to verify it.  I hung up.
