We've gotten 2 calls today from that number on my son's phone today. When I answer they don't say anything, but it's a long pause before they hang up.

Get a call, answer it $ nobody is there. I suspect it's some kind of scam/prank call. When I call the number back, recording says call cannot be completed as dialed.

Got three calls from them in the last hour and a half. Did not answer any of them and no message left. Next time the number gets blocked. Sick of having to block so many numbers these days!
