I've received 8 or 9 calls from this number today.  The caller ID is either just the phone number or O'Neill C.  I have either hit the "talk" button and then immediately hit the "end" button on my phone, or told them to quit calling and that I'm not falling for their "Windows problem" scam, after which they disconnect.  You'd think once they learn that the person who has a particular phone number is on to them, they wouldn't waste their time calling again.  What is wrong with these people????

Got a call from them this morning. They said they were with Windows.  It showed up as C, Oneil

Just keeps calling does not leave message on machine. This appears to be a scam as the other post reflect. The calls do not stop but will not answer after reading posts. Thanks to answering machine do not answer until I verify as scammers can make up false IDs..
