We called the owner of Crescent Processing Company (CPC, aka Crescent Merchant Services) - Columbus Bank & Trust in Columbus, GA. (1-800-334-9007) Richard took our complaint and e-mailed his contact to take us off the list.

Called and asked for owner by name.  I told her he was not available could I take a message.  She said she would call back later and said thank you and humg up.

This person called and asked to speak with the owner.  I said I am the Manager, and am the person to speak with.  The person (male) was exceptionally rude.  He refused to state his name, nature of the business or name of the company!

Calls my business phone every once in a while and NEVER leaves a message.  I don't answer unknown calls.

Called my business phone again.....no message left.
