This number called my work,the man (David,Scott) was calling the owner names and cursing told her he wanted her to take his number and make me call him. The owner gave me phone and I gave the man my cell number and told him to stop calling my work,he said ill call 1000 times. Then he kept calling back and cursing, pushing buttons ,said he wasn't gona call my cell that he wanted me to call him. He was told  that he was given the cell number and he said we were lying that he didn't get a number. I called the number back when I got home, they put a  man on the claiming he was officer John Mcdowell, said he was a officer of the law and he stated his title with the word juvenile in it. What does that have to do with a outstanding loan? He wanted me to send 752.00 or it would go to court and it would be almost 6000.He said that my ssn would have a black mark and I would never be able to get a loan again.He said he didn't know what company that my loan was from or what kind of loan  payday,bank or credit card. he said that every 5 years companies do a audit and go back and sue people for the money they owe them and my name was on list with 85 others. He said I had 48 hours to decide and after that they couldn't help me. he wanted me to send the money and he said if I proved that it wasn't my debit he would gladly refund my money.They had my ssn,drivers license number,address, email, birthdate,work info.he asked me if  the info was correct I didn't confirm.

I just received a call on my work line and he said he was David Scott with the USA Crime something, I couldn't understand because his accent was so heavy.  He instructed me to be sure to call him back as this was an urgent matter with the law.  I never let him know who I was, he just kept telling me he needed a call back.

Of course. In scam emails & scam phone calls you are seldom to never named. The idea is that you'll call back in a panic, they collect your caller ID, & then let the extortion attempt on you begin!

Got a call from this number it was a man with a very heavy foreign accent difficult to understand. He said something about having a file with my social security number on it and that I needed to call him right away before they take legal action. Not sure what company he said but he claims he has my social. I did not call back
