This number is for Central Michigan University's Emergency Notification system. They called me 5 times yesterday leaving the same voice mail - they were testing the system.

Yes if you add you number for Central Michigan University it will be added to their emergency notification list and they will call you and test it a lot!!! But this could be a good thing if something major on campus ever happened so i know its annoying when they test but i keep me number on the system!

It is absolutely Central Michigan University. I graduated in 2008, and I'm still getting these damn test calls in 2015. They need to fix their damn system so they aren't calling alumni so damn much to piss them/us off to the point of not wanting to donate money back because of their incompetence!
