Cell got a call 989 686 4601 missed the call and so called back.  # disconnected.  Googled area code - central Michigan.

Get call from 989-686-4601 to my cell phone.  I answered the call and a man's voice for one second then dropped.

My cell phone received a call from 989-646-4601.  It was a man who said hello then nothing else so I hung up

Its a scam!

Got this message on my work phone from this number.

"Uh Hey guys, this is Terri Green here. Um we spoke on the phone last week about possibly trying to lower your interest rates and reducing your monthly payments on your credit cards. So i want to get back to you and let you know that I did find a solution.  Um so we've got a program that can lower your interest rates to as low as 1.5% and possibly cut your monthly payments in half.  And since you are only making the minimum payments this would be a great opportunity for ya.  This will be my last courtesy call so please give me a ring today.  You can reach me at 1-877-723-1429.  That's a toll free number. again its 1-877-723-1429, and I will be in the office until 10 PM eastern.  Thanks"

This is either a very wrong number or totally random calling.  I have spoken to know one about this and I don't have unpaid credit cards.  I called the number and someone (a girl named Jamie) answered.
