Call type unknown, but I surmise it is probably a telemarketer or scammer.  They call every day. My husband and I don't answer.  They don't leave a message, which only insures we will never answer.  A legitimate caller would leave a message if the call were that important.  They are blocking the caller ID, so that all we get is the phone number with no name attached.
