Idiots keep calling me constantly at work and on cell... Threatening to arrest me.. Not sure who these idiots are..

called for someone with same last name

They started calling 5/16/16....twice a day, everyday! It looks as if they are calling from a local number but they ask you to return the call at 1-888-286-5462. If I answer, it's a recording stating that they are a collector. If I let it go to voicemail, they leave a message saying to call them back at 1-888-286-5462. It's a scam..........DO NOT ANSWER!

I just got it also.  They said that I took out a $375 loan in November of 2013.  Why would I take a loan for that amount?  She had all of my information.  She said that I was about to be taken to court for breach of contract.  I asked her to send me in the mail correspondence with all paperwork with my signature.  She was unable to do that but was wanting to discuss this case.  Total scan...especially since I know I didn't do this...I even looked at my bank statements...there is nothing there.
