Received a call and they left a VM:  "You are receiving this message in reference to a complaint we have received. Please contact our office at 985.206.3089. We do need to speak to you or your representative immediately; however, if we do not receive a response, we will document your file and submit it for further review. Again, the phone number where we can be reached is 985.206.3089."  If the company does not leave a name or tell you the nature of the complaint, chances are it is a bogus credit collection tactic.

I received the same message as above when I called back I was transferred to a Mrs. Smith. I have checked my credit report and have no open collections etc. I am not sure the nature of the call because I was hung up on or left on hold several times.

I received this call today at first it is automated stating You are receiving this call in reference to a complaint we have received about you.  Please hold for the available agent.  Then after being on hold, the not so nice woman comes on the line and asks me to provide my response to the complaint filed against me and rattles a case number off to me.  When I tried to explain I am not aware of any case she informs me the company has been trying to reach me through mail and phone and I should have a defense attorney by now.  For what I asked, you have not told me what complaint.  She proceeds to try to convince me that I opened a fraudulent account online for some loan company and even provides an extremely old email address and even older bank name and mailing address for me.  When allowed to try to ask questions none are answered.  Call ends in her and I both screaming at each other.  I call back and she puts me on hold after telling me she did not call me.  She then never comes back to the phone.  I have been returning her calls all day to bug her.  She advised me to get a defense attorney and take my chances with the state trying to retrieve their funds.  I said how will that happen you cant even get mail to me.  She said it is the state they will find you.  LOL well then why have they not before now.  Called the so called loan company they had not heard of me and stated they did not exist until 2014.  My loan supposedly happened in 2012.  Interesting day from caller 985-206-3089 never got her name....

I received the same call n message too. I was told to ask for Mrs. Smith at extension 310. Pls ignore the calls they are scammers!

Same as above.  Only I was told I'm ignorant (as an insult -- BOL!!!)

I'm ignorant, true... To the nature if said lawsuit/complaint and as to how and why these ppl are allowed licenses to operate.

I told her to bug off and always call back using the *67 feature.

Let's make her day by jamming all her lines!
