spam at best, scam at worst. Likely a political call this close to the election. My robostopper killed the call after one ring wouldn't have answered anyway since I didn't recognize the number and the cid stated Raleigh, NC

I answered...heard nothing...then a click...then a robotic message, " This is the North Carolina Trooper Association". I hung up right away. Got the same called yesterday from a 720...number
