when answer it says goodbye and hangs up, called back it is not a working number

Phone rang, I answered, after I said "hello" it was an automated voice just saying "goodbye"

Obviously a telemarketer. Never left a message. This is why I have an answering machine to screen calls.

I got a call from this number. Claimed to be a Canadian pharmacy calling in reference to my prescription. I called them scammers and to never call again.
