I have received several calls this morning from 984-445-8511, and I see where they are trying to gain access to my computer.  Have them STOP!

Ok this time they are using the number '1'  - Just '1' shows up on the caller ID, but it is the same stupid heavy accented people trying to get you to give them access to your computer.  I know cause hubby answered and then promptly hung up on them.  Now they call every day almost like clockwork at the same time.  Same number '1' Unknown Caller. Yes I did tell him to please not answer any unknown callers.   ARGH

You do not have to talk with anyone you want. A woman featured on ABC News (who was scammed) was asked what would she do different next time. Her answer? Just hang up the phone. If people must answer the phone for every call coming it, don't talk to anyone who threatens you, cold-calls you, or tries to give you a prize, lottery win, Government Grant, gift card, etc. They're all scams. Every one of them. I have phone tray free on a 2nd hand XP computer. Here? Nice & quiet.
