I live in Vermont and I get constantly called from unknown numbers claiming to be from Vermont. This is the first time I got a call from N. Carolina! CID just stated Raleigh,NC.  Don't know if it's a scam or politics but if it's either, it's the same. Just thought I see if anyone else got this call. Be careful out there folks.
