My phone rings several times and when you answer know one is there and they hang up. This has happened several times and it's getting very annoying. I can't find out on any reverse look-up without paying who is calling.

The phone rings this is the callerid and nothing.  I tried to call back and it says the call cannot be completed as dialed.
