I keep getting calls from this number and when I say hello, they don't say anything. I don't know anyone from Texas or lives there.

I just received a phone call from "Michael" who wished to give me a $100 voucher to Walmart and all I had to do was give my Visa # for shipping. One of the oldest scams ever. He became mad when I laughed at him and he called me a "bad-unlucky person" and wanted me to hang up. I kept him on the phone as long as he would allow. The name on the caller ID came up "Rodriguez, Sanju." Beware of this caller and never give your credit card info for anyone who is offering something free but you have to pay to get it.
