Called my cellphone on 6/7/2017 at 12 noon and as usual no VM was left. Since no VM was left the call wasn't important to begin with. I don't answer my phone from numbers that i don't  know or not in my contact list regardless who is calling. I looked this number up and its from a septic tank company located in Texas. Number has been blocked permanently.
