Keeps calling 4-6 times a day, does not leave a message. Call back, it rings once and then goes to a disconnect/busy. Seems to be a busted robodialer.

This person is a scammer. Before I answered, they called me multiple times but never left a voicemail. Told me that I was randomly selected for a $7000 government grant. The minute I told him that I didn't believe in any of this stuff he hung up.
