Mr. Kevin Lee with Safeway Investigations... has been calling me lately about a check fraud I have. Stating when I took out my payday loan I never paid it back. They knew the last four of my social number and what company I took the money out with. They're a scam! I asked for legal documentation to be sent to my home so I can look into making payments so I can settle outside of court. Then I wanted to talk to the attorney handling the case so I can get these legal documentation. They gave me the number to 877-751-2106 calling it the law office of Kay Monroe. Every time I would call I would get a network busy on my phone. The law office called me back today and they tried to make it seem like it was some type of legal thing going on. I still asked for legal documentation and they said they don't have them the payday loan I took out has the paperwork and they would have to call them and get that to me. (yeah right!) I told him I have my lawyers involved and ready to take action as I recorded their phone number for the harassing phone calls and trying to scare me into paying into something that wasn't true. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!

I received message from 979-383-2296, Bryan, TX. Mr. Kevin Lee(investigator-ha ha no less) of Safeway Investigations.  said it was 'imperative' I return his call as a case of legal claim for Mr.____________(my neighbor) was scheduled for process, service.  Why would he want us to call concerning a neighbor???  Before returning his call I googled and found Safeway Investigations listed in the conversations similar to mine.  How do I report this man, company as bogus crap??
