Called several times and never leaves a message - just get the dial tone on my machine

I called the number back. I woman speaking in Spanish answered and said she was calling on behalf of The Fraternal Order of Police. Seeking donations...

Stared to recieve calls in El Paso.....no message left......We were on National and Texas do not call lists to no avail..........this may help others.....an old, el cheapo answering machine...the number which we give to any one from doctors' offices and other professionals to store sales and cashiers  requesting a phone number...which we never answer, only erase at the end of the day....and a cell number which we give to friends and family....works for us.......
