Called my cell. I don't answer calls that are not recognizable. Pain relief or not, they are just a pain in the neck calling randomly.

When I called back to complain, their ANSWERING MACHINE said the number had been disconnected! Clever....

That means the number is spoofed and not the actual number of the caller. Probably using some computer program.

Caller ID "Out of area" . Left message on machine saying "to hear more press 1, to be placed on our do not call list press 9". Obviously a scammer.
