Receiving daily calls from this number who hangs up without speaking.  Sought help/advice from phone carrier, Verizon, who referred me to this site, but offered no other assistance except a call-blocking service at a cost of $30 per month.

Got a call from this number with the name Juan Escobedo in the caller ID.  I wasn't home when Juan called, but I would not have answered anyway as I don't know a Juan Escobedo.
