This is a fake lame robo call stating they are the IRS and that they are filing a lawsuit in "your name" (they says those words not your actual name). It states they are filing a lawsuit for you filing fraud with IRS and issuing a arrest warrant (which duh they can't do) and they state to call back this number. They never mention your actual name and give no reference number. We had friends fall for this last year. Don't fall for this. They will never call you!! And if you worry- go see your tax person!
