I have a neighbor who thinks it is funny to deluge my phone with junk phone calls, from just after dawn to just before dusk. The closer it gets to Halloween, the worse it gets. I could report this to the authorities, but the guy is an attorney with abundant connections in high places. So, I check caller ID, and ignore such calls altogether.
