I had a call and somebody asked.

Just received a call from this number.  The man asked if I needed any service done on my house, like new roof, new siding, energy efficient windows.  I said no...he thanked me and hung up.  I will add this number to my blocked callers list so I don't receive any more calls from this number.

I didn't recognize so I didn't answer.  Third call today. all three numbers were different.
I work from home and it seems that the number of these calls has really started to increase this month.

This is really BS that I also keep getting these phone calls,  I don't understand why we are being harassed?  This is unacceptable! But how do we deal with it? The calls come at odd times of the day and night.  I almost feel like discontinuing phone service-I've Had It!

Saw call from this number on my phone (which is on national do not call list). Got on sucker list 2 years ago and had hundreds of calls (to sell/rent timeshare for upfront fees/deposit).

Think twice before paying upfront fees/deposits for timeshare sales. A broker will charge you after the timeshare is sold (not before). If the timeshare marketers are so sure they can sell your unit, ask them for a $300 fee to be paid to you upfront. Since they think they are so good at selling timeshares, they are sure to sell your timeshare (in their dreams) and can recover their investment from their selling commission!
