they claim the are 3rd party from Wells Fargo Bank, the speak with a very foreing accent, they say they are a pay day loan company and your application has been accepted for a personal loan.

These people are relentless. They call multiple times in a row, multiple times a day, claiming that my loan application was approved. They have a foreign accent and do not understand English very well.

I received a phone call today saying they were from Wells Fargo and I had been approved for a personal loan.   I work for Wells Fargo so I know I did not apply for a personal loan.  

I have received about 14 calls over the past two days from this number stemming from TX, NJ, and WA so far.  They claim I applied for a loan using this phone number (I have not) and in some cases ask me if I am someone with the last name Nichols (I am not).  Each call has very heavy accents and none will allow me to remove my number from their list.  I have asked in two cases where the caller did not actually hang up on me when I told them they had the wrong number.
