This person is calling saying they are from the irs

Report the Calls to the real IRS here:
•report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I just a call today from a woman named Shirley and I could tell she not an American.  She stated that there aligations against my name.  

I got a call today from this number saying they were the IRS. The woman was not American

I received a call from this number as well.  I too was speaking to "officer Shirley".  She stated there was an IRS criminal investigation against me, for several things.  She stated they could take my property among other things.  There has to be some kind of a way to stop these people.  There should be a criminal investigation against them!  What a scam!
