Called and left a voicemail about a lawsuit with the IRS, I am 99.999% positive this is a scam

I called the guy back pretending to be afraid. Once he realized I was messing with him, he called me a dirty mother f$;;&(&(&. I then called him back from another phone and messed with him

I think his name was really Pradeep Patel, and I asked him if he enjoyed sex with animals.... he hung up

Caller ID showed the number belonged to a Norma Lager. I called back and stated that. I said that I knew the call was bogus because the IRS would send a letter or get in touch with my accountant. He stated my name. When I informed the man that I would report him to the police, he hung up.
