Received call no voice mail left today

Cigna Wellness - left voice mail - they are the carrier for my company's health insurance

Got a robocall from this number today.  My company is with Cigna, but when a robocaller (not a human being) asks me to verify who I am, I get *VERY* uncomfortable.  Called Cigna, chewed them out, they claimed they knew nothing about this.  So I called my cell phone company and got the number blocked.  Anybody who wants to talk to me can have the courtesy of having a human being call, not a robocaller. :/

Robocaller wants you to wait for them to find someone to talk to you. You wait maybe 30 seconds. Someone answers, they ask for you birthdate, zip code, then say they can help you with weight loss, any sleep issues, etc. I reply I'm doing fine.

They continue to call back if you don't answer. Best advise is answer and tell them you want to be put on their do not call list.

I called Cigna's main 800 number, and they said it was their health coach line calling, which you can always reach through option 2 through the toll free number on the back of your card.  From my conversation with Cigna customer service, I felt confident enough that it was not a scam.  I called and they knew I had been diagnosed with arthritis, so that made me even more confident that it wasn't a scam.  They connect you with a personal health coach for weight management, stress management, smoking cessation, etc.  They do not leave a lot of information and they ask you for some specifics because of HIPAA (health information portability and accountability act).
