Amerigroup Insurance calling about my daughters Medicaid

Received call at 1:15p today. Said Andover, MA, but no identifying ID. Recorded message that I could not hear as I tried to deny the call. No clue why I'd be getting a call from them since the company's plan is through BC/BS in NC. Suspect this is bogus.

The recording said it was Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC with an important health message. Did not answer as area code 978 is for Massachusetts not NC.
