Robo call scam claiming the IRS is suing you.

Recorded msg - indicating that it is the IRS claiming they are suing me for back taxes and that I should call them immediately to resolve the taxation or be arrested and jailed.   You should always keep in mind that the IRS will never call  you.  This is a scam.

I too received a voicemail stating I was being sued by the IRS. As Dennis states in the above comment, the IRS does not work this way! I have needed to work with them in the past and they will send any notices by mail and then setup an appointment, as necessary, at a local office near you.
