The phone number is for Meyer Teleservices, a for profit telemarketing firm.

In my case they claimed to be representing "Clean Energy Works".  However, the web site for clean energy works has not tax exempt information, no real policy statement, a phone number that is bogus and an email address that doesn't work.    It appears that Meyer actually is paid to confuse people and their purpose is the opposite of what they state.  They put out bogus information for political rallies that don't exist, promote zombie organizations that don't exist.

Their conduct is unprofesisonal, rude and dishonest.

These idiots have called for months on end several times a week and that phone does not ring here so they get VM telling them so.  How can they be so damn stupid!  Morons.  Call registers as Peabody, MA.

I got tired of the constant non-stop calls from this number and reported it to every agency from the
do-not -Call to the State Attorney Generals office. If nothing else they will be getting some investigation time at them.

ANOTHER one of these calls came in, just as I was registering my complaint with the DNC list on the PREVIOUS one.

Suspect this one was about the upcoming special election for Senate in Massachusetts.  Probably 'legal' but STILL ANNOYING.
