I got the same call on 3/29/17,  claiming to be the IRS.  I need to call immediately.  Such a scam.  The IRS never calls, they send mail.   Don't call them.

3 calls today from this number.  Left a message on the last call claiming to be the IRS.  Scam.

Two calls on 3/29/17 saying I was in trouble with the IRS and to call them about it.  Obviously a scam; I called no one.
