Handles after-hour response for maintenance requests for multiple properties.

They keep calling my work place and asking all kinds of questions in regards to who is doing maintenance for our company. I am not allowed to reveal that information due to the fact that it is none of their business and if they need to know, they need to contact the company directly. I have received these calls 3 to 5 times per day. They need to quit calling. It is bothersome and unprofessional.

They tried calling me several times after i put in a request to have maintenace work done on my atp. the AC is hosed.
They are in massachusetts. I am in new jersey. What a joke.

I am bascailly in a situation where the owner of this apt complex refuses to fix my air conditioner.  Rent is due in 3 days and I am not paying it. they can evict me.

Dont ever rent at Fox Meadow Apartments in  Maple Shade, NJ.  The management avoids you and does not return calls. The maintenance people tell you one thing and then dont do it.
