My resume was posted on Jobervise. For security reasons, I did not include my phone number or complete. My computer does not have the software for webinars. The address in responding email said Acton, MA (a reasonable commute).

If this is a legitimate company with an actual address, I'm certainly willing to come in and speak with them. Good interview practice anyway if it it doesn't snow, it's a nice drive.

As always, it's best to contact through email with people you have not met in person.

Received a call from them, saying they'd found my resume on a site I posted it to. They explained that they were a sort of life-coaching company or something, and they wanted me to sign up for a webinar about them. I dunno...it sounded like some kind of MLM/pyramid scheme thing to me.

I did, but when I was doing research on Glassdoor, it just sounded a bit sketchy to me. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't.

Mary Becker contacted me ... same story.  My computer is old and is unsupported on the webinar she wanted me to attend.  She would not give me any information..  Could be a cult.  Be careful out there.  Lots of people trying to scam others.
