The electricity rate scammers with a new number.  Also using 978-233-4388.  Calling back either number from masked line gets same familiar prerecorded outgoing message, press 9 to be put on the Do Not Call list.

this number calls at least 4 or 5 times a day. it's scammers for the electric company

As noted by others -- these are the usual utility scammers.  Just hang up on them.
