Caller ID is "LAW ENF EDU PRO".  They call around 8 AM!!!  I take the call.

It is clearly a robot.  They say "Hello, <Name of someone who actually lives here>".  I respond "hello".  This repeats back and forth about 5 times.  Eventually I get a canned recorded message about them collecting funds to do some education for kids.  I don't say anything, and so it hangs up.

I call back later (using *67 to block my number).  I get a recorded message.  They identify themselves as the Law Enforcement Education Program.  They give a brief speach.  There is an option to leave a message.  The inbox is not full.

They have used other numbers and tend to call obnoxiously early.  Others have claimed that they just seem to just collect funds and do not any actual education.  Combining these things, I don't recommend giving.

They called back about a week later with caller ID "19782138146".  The default format is (978) 213 8146; so they have tried to look vanilla but have failed.  They left no message.

Have been calling us every day for weeks at all times of day including around 8 PM. We don't answer assuming it is just another scam. Very irritating.
