I received at least 4 calls in one hour from an automated machine telling me my computer has been compromised and was ding something harmful to Apple I can't remember what. But I don't have any Apple products or software, only Windows and andriod phones. When I asked my roommate the next day if he had any that may have caused this message he said no he doesn't own any Apple products either.

I recently experienced all of the above, multiple phone calls a day for five days from 973-564-5813 with Apple Store Inc as caller ID, good thing that I have answering machine that helps me to screen calls.  Beware not to be scam.

Numerous calls all day very disturbing since I have a new born

claims to be apple and using same number as a local apple store, obviously using fake phone number generator, compromised apple product call, 8772459677, sure thats fake too

Rec’d call so I pressed 1 to speak to rep.  Rep answered, thank-you for calling Apple how can I help you?” I stated “1st of all your # called me and #2 I have no Apple devices so what do you want?” There was silence on other end whereas I then asked to be taken off their calling list.  Don’t you know I rec’d 2nd call in the same hour and stated to rep “your # called me, this is 2nd call within an hour & I have no Apple devices, STOP CALLING”. The rep immediately hung up; this has all the makings of a SCAM
