This woman.  Called 3 times on a Sunday at my grandfathers, the day AFTER he had passed.  Every time she called me and other family members said he was not available and she immediately hung up.  Finally I called her on my cell.  When she answered I said before you so rudely hang up on me again I want to know what you would like.  She played dumb and said I had the wrong number.  When I mentioned my grandfathers name she acted like they were old friends and she was just checking up on his septic tank.  I said he no longer wants to hear from you and she hung up.  I looked through the caller ID and she has been calling for MONTHS.  If this has been a problem for this long why is this STILL happening? 973-478-4140

LISA BAYER has to be the rudest, crudest creature on the face on this earth. I have no idea who she is but I suspect she may be selling septic trmnt product that she got my father in law to buy. He put her on to my husband and I can't get rid of her. If she learned the proper way to make a sales call instead alienating the woman of the house she actually might make a sale. As it is she will never be able to reach my husband!! It is also amazing how her syrupy voice changes when she finds the man of the house is not available.

"I can't get rid of her."  These people are crooks selling fake products.  But getting rid of her should be easy.  If she sold your father in law a product, there must be an invoice or something with the company name and address on it.  Send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop calling you.  Then if they continue, sue them for TCPA violations (which you already have if you were listed on the DNC).

Also report them to the FTC and your State AG.

You should consider recording those conversations and later uploading them to YouTube.
But first tell her you are recording the call ... that might get her to stop the calls entirely.
If she contends you have no right to record her calls, remind her she has no right to call your number, once she has been told to stop calling. Follow BigA's recommendations too.
