called 3 times, all within a minute or two

Called and told me from a hearing center - when I told him bad time - he just hung up. Identified himself as Joe

This number has been calling my cell phone and landline multiple times. Caller identifies his name as Joe, last name is bleeped out. This last call he said he was doing evaluation in my area, then "can you hear me okay?". I read that this was a scam and if you say yes, they edit the recording to seem like you agreed to something you aren't aware of. I usually answer with "actually I can't" and they hang up. They're just looking for you to say yes. Don't respond with yes!

This number call me everyday back to back 3 times and never leave a message.

Thank you......have been hearing about this scam......they use the word "yes" to change it to something you agreed to.....just called my husbands cell 3 times in a row!
