Random call.  Did not answer. No message.  Plagued by calls with no one there.  Only marking was dallas, tx.

"Hi this is Josh from customer service, you have been chosen....." I hung up at this point and blocked the number. I called the number after blocking my caller-ID with *67.  It was a live number, not spoofed. However, the message said, "The survey you are calling about has ended. If you want to have your number deleted....." I hung up since proceeding would only register my number as a good number.
