Answered this call. Foreign sounding man with a lot of background noise, asked if I was married and quickly hung up.

this # called my cell phone 3/18/17 @ 10:50am.  Not sure how they got my cell # , the only places that have it are my bank, dr. offices, work & immediate family.  Haven't have any of these kinds of calls for quite a while - now they have started up again.  If I don't recognize the # I don't answer.

Called my cell, which is not given out.  No message.
