I have gotten calls from this number all day long for the past couple days.  About every hour and a half from 7 am to 9 pm Mountain time.  I answer and wait and nobody ever comes on and says anything.  Its prety annoying!  I am thinking it might be Cash Call. This one does nothing when I pick up the phone.  I would love to tell them that there was a mistake and money was in the bank but in SAVINGS not in Checking, and thats why the payment did not post when they sent it though (they send it through at random times even though its scheduled for the 1st of every month so I keep the money in savings).  If there  have been 5 bank transfers, I can not do any more in a month for some reason, so even if I have money in savings to cover a transaction, it will over draw my checking account resulting in a $31 fee from the bank plus what ever the merchant charges.  But knowing cash call, they will just try again to send it though  the bank at a random time, so I just ignore the repeated phone calls since I can't talk to anybody any way.

This number is Cash Call and they are very annoying. They call numerous times of the day and the crazy part is they already collected the payment and is still harrassing me. I was 2 weeks late when they collect the past due payment. Here is what they do...they put the payment through multiple times until they collect the payment it's sort of like throwing the fishing rod in the water every other day until something bites. It's rudiculous. Not to mention everytime they attempt to collect, I incurr an overdraft fee of $34. It doesn't pay to be late even though I made consistent payment since doing business with them and only had been late this one time.

I have had been paying on a cash call loans for 3 years on time never late, I recently became unemployed they tell me there is a deferred program to send all of my information in but in order to be approved for the deferment I have to make a payment for that month and my accounts has to be update with a recent payment. I was believing what was been told to me and did not make my other debts payments so I could make a payment to cash call and get a deferment. When I send the information in they state to me a decision has not been made that I have to make another payment, its deceitful and should be unlawful I even spoke to several supervisors and they said a decision was not made to keep making my payments until one is made. This has been ongoing since December. I would like to get an attorney advice and sue them if possible.

lets get one thing straight - they are modern day, legalized (- ish) loan sharks. check with your state and if your state has laws that restrict what they can charge for interest, your state's dept of finance / banking / atty general will forward a letter stating that they cannot legally collect (meaning sue to collect) the money above and beyond that statute's limit. This does not mean they won't hassel you, and even report you on the credit bureau as delinquent, and your credit WILL suffer, but if you paid 12K on a 5K loan and still show owing 4K - like I did - then you will take the "ding" in your credit for a few years. EF them.

I do not know what EF means? But thanks for this advice and I will check with my state laws to see what is legal interest in Alabama.
