This caller appears to be a phishing scammer.  They called asking for a certain household member on a cell phone that belongs to another member of our home.  I stated we where having no construction done and was told they drove by my house (had the address) and wanted to do an estimate on our roof.  When asked how they got a minor child's phone number, they began saying I would be in trouble for answering my child's phone.  Then tried asking how much money we make, when we are home and other very inappropriate questions.  Obviously they were given no personal information but that did not stop the harassment.  I have blocked the number and am making sure others that receive calls from this phishing scammer is aware of what they are doing.
