Message left: you have 24 hrs to respond on a judgment against your social ending in (wrong!) Blah blah....reverse phone lookup has the number of a Dentist in TX. Total scam. If I did have legal issues, and I don't, I would have a certified mail copy. So, just another turd trying to get free money.

I got a call from these scamming d*uche b*gs. The person left a message a threatening message from Langford and Swartz. There is no such company by that name. He said that I owe money to Bahama Marketing. There is no longer a company with that NAME. I called him back verified the name of the company and informed him that I was contacted a lawyer and the states attorney office. I told him that his company was fraudulent, the said company I owed money to no longer existed and he was committing a crime by impersonating law enforcement. he began to scream at me and made some excuse that the company changed ts name six months go. Then he hung up. This is all part of a larger scam involving threatening phone calls using different phone numbers and company names. Something needs to be done to shut them down.

A scam call claiming i owed money on a payday loan (i have never taken a payday loan) deposited into an account at a bank i have not used in over 7 years. The guy claimed to be "investigator stelling" and got quite angry when i asked him to mail confirmation of the debt. He also failed to inform me that "this is an attempt to collect a debt" and eluded to criminal charges, and proceeded to change his tune when i informed him that any debt would be a civil matter, not criminal.

This guy calls my work claiming that I have an unpaid payday loan. Has not been able to provide proof of this. Seems easily angered. You'd think this kind of thing would be prosecuted into oblivion by now. At least websites like this help uncover their shady behavior.

This guy is constantly harassing me at my job. He is calling leaving messages on my co workers voicemail regarding a payday loan. I have advised him several times that if I owe a debt to contact my attorney, so that it can be resolved. Each time we talk, which has been every month since July or August, he apologizes and tells me that he wont call again. I have been documenting each time that he has called and I going to try to pursue this further.
