This  is a ploy by Portfolio  Recovery  Associates because there was decision  against this debt  collector not to collect  further debts and  not sell old debts to other debt  collectors.   Just  found out that NCA (National  Credit  Adjusters) is  a  subsidiary of Portfolio.    And  Portfolio is doing this so it can get away  with collecting your debts.    File a  complaint to the  Consumers Financial Protection  Bureau - http://www.consumerfinance.gov/    .  Portfolio Recovery had a judgment against them in September 2015.

this is the same thing that happen to me..they calling from a 910 302 7826 and 1 972 961 4040..when I ask for the information to give to my lawyer they get a attitude...
