Called twice in a 45 minutes span. Woke up my youngest child because they called after 8pm. Guy was HELLA rude!!! Telling me, "Who cares? If you don't pay, it's gonna go on your credit and then you can't buy anything ever again!" and "Stop yelling (I wasn't yelling)! You're gonna wake up your kids!" I asked for a supervisor, he said he didn't have to give me to one, and he wouldn't, and hung up on me. I called back (don't think he expected me to do that), spoke with a supervisor (VERY nice lady!) who said she would review the recording, he would be reprimanded for his actions, and made arrangements with me to pay off a medical debt I wasn't aware of.
