Called this AM, 3/23/2016, and asked for me by name (in the phone book) and said her name and she is calling from Allstate. Not having any business with Allstate, I stated I'm not interested and hung up. CID came up as "Dallas, TX". Could not find any reverse listing for this number or Allstate.
