Another spoofed number. Area code comes up as local but caller ID shows "Out of area"...didn't give them a chance...picked up the phone and immediately hung up. 9 minutes later received a call from 1-609-387-8434 which comes up as "New Jersey". But not sure if these are related. They didn't leave a message on the other one either.
