Strangely, I received a phone call from this very same number simultaneously on two different phone (two different phone numbers). That surely can;t be from a real person, then. I picked up one of tjme phones just in time to hear something like "Sargent so-and-so", as if it was a call from a police-affiliated person. Then the call went dead. Bizarre.
